It's Friday and I have a precious new mini album kit in the shop titled Hello Baby! It's a beautiful scrapbook for pregnancy photos or sweet baby pictures. It's filled with soft pastel colors, the cutest little animals,
and dreamy papers that look like watercolor paintings. What a special keepsake or gift idea.
I designed this with a square chipboard album from Prima and the beautiful Asuka Studio, Dreamland Collection. It has 12 pages (6 double sided) that include 4 pockets, 1 fold-out page, 3 flippies, and space for 36+ photos of your favorite little memories.
How sweet is this first page with its little forest scene, baby animals, and twinkle lights?! And I love that it looks like a watercolor painting.
This would make a beautiful pregnancy journal. You could document your feelings and Dr appts, save baby bump photos, and record first baby kicks. You could also save memorabilia like your ultrasound photos, a baby shower invitation, or greeting cards from loved ones.
It's also great for baby's arrival! Be sure to have someone take pictures of the labor, the delivery, first time holding your baby, and looking into their teeny tiny face! Take photos of the hospital visits from family and friends, flowers sent, and well-wishes from others. And then ... heading home from the hospital and realizing just how small they are when you place them in their car seat.
Now comes the wonderful baby photos of everyday life. Everything they do is adorable. So in addition to their physical changes, you'll probably want to record the milestones like ... their first smile, laugh, bath, haircut, and tooth. Take photos of their nursery and cuddles with their siblings and other family.
Don't forget their nursery, the first time they rolled over, their favorite toy, sitting up, crawling, first steps, first Easter basket, Halloween costume, and their meeting with Santa.
