NEW You Are Enough Scrapbook Album

Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you all had an amazing holiday and some relaxing time off with family and friends.  I certainly did ... in fact, last Friday was the first Friday in all of 2021 that I didn't introduce a new kit!  I did have a sale however ... which is still going on through Jan 1st and EVERYTHING (except today's new kit!) is on sale ... including sale items!  So be sure to add some sale items when you pick up today's beautiful album kit.

Speaking of which ....

This album is absolutely stunning and really has to be seen to appreciate the colors and the watercolor feel of the papers.  It will be perfect for many different photos ... family,  friends, celebrations, encouragement, gardens, butterflies, and beautiful spring flowers!  This album would also be a gorgeous gift for mom, a sister or a friend.

Do you, or someone you love, need a little encouragement?  A reminder that you are special, enough, and the author of your own life?  This keepsake album is not only pretty, but it's filled with phrases that offer hope, love and support.  What a beautiful gift this would be for a sister, mother, friend or co-worker!

The album measures 6x8" and will hold at least 42 photos. It has 20 pages (10 double-sided), has 2 pockets for collecting memorabilia and extra photos, and several fold-out elements to make the album interactive and fun!

I used a gorgeous paper collection from Simple Stories called Simple Vintage Cottage Fields and a Designer Stripe binder album, also by Simple Stories.

Do you love butterflies?  Do you have a friend who gardens?  The vintage feel of these papers and pretty embellishments will work beautifully with photos of spring flowers, a butterfly farm, friends and family, or even travel photos.

Hop over to my shop to see all my wonderful kits & premade albums. Thanks for stopping by the blog today!

Christmas Gift Tag Ideas

Hello my friends, Christmas is day after tomorrow! How exciting! I know everyone is busy getting ready for the holiday so today, I'm sharing some projects that might be helpful. They are really cute (and fun!) ideas for handmade gift tags. If you have time and want to make your own, I got you!

These are so pretty! You can see the original post and more pictures HERE. I made them with a few Lori Whitlock cutting files and some paper in Christmas colors. I chose festive bows and added a few simple embellishments. Easy!

For these tags, I used a
DoodleCuts Large Tag die, stamps, gel pens, jewels and a few border stickers. These were fun and it felt like the adult version of coloring, lol! To see the original blog post that includes product links, click HERE.
For these gift tags, I used a tag shape and print and cut images from Lori Whitlock's shop. I have the entire tutorial on how create them over on my blog HERE.

And here are just a few more fun ideas that I've made along the way. The penguin one is a tiny card with a scalloped oval window. So cute. All of these tag projects were fun, simple and really don't take much time. So have fun and happy scrapping!

8x8 Let It Snow Layouts for December

Hey friends! Today, I'm sharing 4 new scrapbook pages I made for my granddaughter's monthly 8x8 Storybook Album. I used the new Let It Snow collection and I'm so in love with it. The winter Christmas theme was perfect for my December layouts.

On my first page, I used the 12x12 Merry and Bright print as the base and created 4 rectangular mats with the Tis The Season paper and white card stock. I added folding cards to 2 of them and a December title using white My Type alpha stickers.

For the other two spaces, I added fun die cuts from the Odds and Ends. The adorable snow globe with the reindeer is my favorite one. And no page is complete without some sweet little enamel sprinkles!

The second page uses one of Doodlebug's page protectors that has 3 spaces. I trimmed a journaling card from the Sweet Santa paper and put it in the tall vertical space. Perfect for a note to Santa or a Christmas list.

I created a folding card and added the Santa Clause phrase from the Chit Chat. I love folding cards. Not only do they double your photo space, but they make your pages fun and interactive!

I always try to combine the 12x12 and 6x6 pattern papers. It's fun to mix and match the different sizes and I think the layouts are more interesting. You can see I used the smaller print on the folding element above.

I love these colors. The ladybug red and swimming pool blue are my absolute favorite so this collection was perfect for me!

At the top, I added a photo mat from the Holiday Dots paper and a band filled with shiny enamel heart shaped sprinkles. So colorful!

On the bottom, I included a few more items like Santa, a Christmas tree and a scalloped circular mat for a small photo. I cut the white scallop shape using a 3.5" punch and the inside circle using a 3" punch.

With the little penguins and the white snowflake background paper (called North Pole), I think this page would be really cute for photos of Rylee playing in the snow. Now, I just hope we get some!

I made the large mat a super handy pocket. I added a few colorful tags and a small journaling card from the Bits and Pieces (love these!) for notes or dates. And did you notice ... more cute sprinkles!

I finished this page by adding the
Playful Penguins Doodle-pops. Rylee is going to LOVE these precious 3D stickers. They're so fun!

Thanks for stopping by! If you'd like to see the other months in this album, all using Doodlebug collections visit: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, October and November.

New Wooden Wild West Album

Hello my friends! It's Friday and I have 2 NEW albums in the shop today! Yesterday, I announced my new Dec. 25th album and today I have my new Wild West album. For all you folks out there that love a cowboy, western theme ... this mini album is pretty special.

It's designed with the Simple Stories Howdy collection and a little saloon shaped album ... with swinging doors!! Ha! How cute is that? This is my first album that I cut out of wood. What do you think? It's a gate-fold style and was so fun to create!

The doors open up to a page that would be perfect for photos of a vacation to the Wild West, a horse ranch, Disney's Frontierland or Nashville's Grand Ole Opry. Or if you just love a western theme, add your favorite everyday photos!

Giddy up! This album won't be in my shop long - it's just too cute! It can be used for lots of fun memories like a country music concert, a rodeo, a western themed festival, or a horse show.

Do you have a little one that loves cowboys, cowgirls, or Sheriff Woody and his friend Jessie from Disney's Toy Story? This would be a cute album for their photos especially if they dressed up for Halloween, had a western themed birthday party or bedroom!

This album has 16 pages (8 double sided) with tons of fold-out elements like the one on the page above. How cute is that gun slingin' raccoon? Love him against that awesome orange patterned paper.

Of course ... I had to add a pocket and I'm really happy with the prints used on this one. The colorful geometric paper and the red bandana are great.

Every other page is fastened to rings on the left or the right, so the pages alternately fold in on one another. It's a different album style that I'm playing with and I think it's fantastic. I hope you do too!

This new wooden, saloon shaped album will highlight all your fun photos with a cute country western flair. It would also make such a unique gift for someone you love!!

Thanks for stopping by the blog today and be sure to visit my shop!

NEW Christmas Dec. 25th Album

Hey guys! Oh my goodness, we have just 1 week until Christmas. Who's ready? Yeah, me neither (lol!) but I hope everyone is enjoying some fun leading up to the holiday. School or church shows, parties, decorating the tree and enjoying colorful lights are all great moments that bring us joy and get us in the Christmas spirit.

You'll need a great place to save those memories, so ... today I'm sharing the cutest little Christmas album called Dec. 25th. It'll be available in my shop tomorrow, along with a second new album! Yep, 2 newbies!!

This mini is 4.5" x 4.5" and it's perfect for your December photos or just Christmas day! On the cover is Santa, checking his nice list with a bag full of goodies. I think the naughty / nice list is hilarious. Whoever created that in order to encourage good behavior was genius.

The album was designed with Doodlebug's, Let It Snow collection and you may even recognize some pieces from older collections. I love mixing and matching!

On the inside, there's space for your children's (or grandchildren's) sweet photos. In the kit, lots of Odds and Ends are included so you can pick the die cuts that most resemble them.

There is space for 15 photos so, add your visit with Santa, fun in the snow or a weekend get-a-way. There are 12 pages (6 double-sided) and they include fun flippies, fold-outs and a pocket.

Speaking of the pocket ... you can add a wish list, notes to (or from) Santa, gift tags, tickets from an event, or extra pictures.

OR ... gift cards!! Look how cute these look tucked in the pocket! You can add one for the local coffee shop, craft store or restaurant as a sweet gesture.

Oh Mrs. Clause ... you've come a long way! You look great - love the headband and matching earrings. So cute!

I hope everyone is having fun with their families. It's a great time to put on the holiday tunes, decorate your home, watch Christmas shows, bake cookies, and wrap presents! Be sure to take a few quick photos and save them here. You'll be so glad you did!

Let It Snow Scrapbook Album Kit

Happy Friday, friends! It's the end of the week and time for another new album. Today's is called Let It Snow and it makes a perfect project for the upcoming winter season. I don't have snow in Georgia yet but I always look forward to the change in weather. I love seeing the snow covered trees outside my window.

To purchase the instructions to make this album visit:

I created this mini with the Simple Stories collection called Feelin' Frosty and a 6"x8" album. I love the cooler color palette - perfect for winter photos. The prints and die cuts are playful and, wait until you see the fun element at the end!

How cute is this pink pocket? I've added TWO to the album for extra photos, journaling cards or memorabilia like ... a love note, postcards, a brochure, a card from someone special, tickets to an event, a favorite recipe, or anything meaningful to you.

There are fun flippies on almost every page, which adds lots of space for your photos. This mini will hold 40 pictures. See why I love flippies so much? Lol!

This scrapbook is ideal for memories of your snow covered home, outdoor fun, building a snowman, a ski trip, making snow angels, getting cozy around the fire, roasting marshmallows and fun family winter pictures.

Check out this awesome element ... the album has a waterfall feature!! It's tucked neatly behind these printed flaps and has a magnetic closure.

When you open it ... you see all these pretty pages! They're covered in beautiful prints that you can add your fun photos to.

Update:  This album sold out, however you can purchase the instructions for it in my shop! They are simple, step-by-step, and include measurements and full color photos of each page. Anyone can do this!
