Doggie Layout with Doodlebug Designs

I decided to change it up for my post today with a page layout about my granddaughter and this adorable pup, Bella.   Rylee has always loved animals, so when my sister brought her poodle to visit I knew Rylee would be excited.
When I saw these photos, I couldn't wait to document this new friendship.  I wanted the background to be blue to match Rylee's beautiful eyes, but I also wanted to create a little more detail around the edge.

I started with a sheet of 12x12 white card stock and adhered some scraps from my So Punny collection around the edge of the white base.  I cut a sheet of "I'm Daisy for You" paper to 11.5"x11.5" and adhered it to the center of the base page, then built all of my photos and embellishments on top of that.
Some of the cute odds and ends are from So Punny, and others are from the Puppy Love collection.
I use the tiny heart sprinkles on just about everything I create.  They are perfect for a sweet, tiny pop of color.

Thanks for stopping by today everyone!  I hope I've inspired you with this fun, colorful layout.  Happy scrapping!

Good Vibes Album with Simple Stories

Hi crafty friends!  It's Traci, back to share my latest Sn@p album using the fantastic Good Vibes collection.  I've been looking for a fun, colorful, perfect for everyday photos, kind of collection to use for a new family album.  This one is perfect!

Although I use 12x12 papers in most of my albums, I always get the 6x8 paper pads too.  I love them for the smaller print, and for the phrase and title pages like the one above.

I was so happy that the bright teal, pink, and yellow looked so good with my photos!  I can't turn the pages of this album without smiling and feeling happy.

I used lots of embellishments throughout this album, including stickers, chipboard accents, and bits & pieces die cuts.  Isn't that little polish bottle adorable??
Like the cute die cut says, "choose happy"!  And until my next post, I'm wishing you "good vibes, everyday, all day long".  Thanks for stopping by!

School Scrapbook Mini Album, Echo Park

Hey everyone, I have a cute new School scrapbook album! This one is available as a DIY kit or pre-assembled and will make a wonderful keepsake for all those fun school memories.

This album is 6x6 inches and is perfect for school photos and memorabilia from Preschool to Senior Year

The album is by Bo Bunny and has a pretty linen spine. It's covered with adorable paper and accents from Echo Park.

Fill this with photos from each year P-12, or use this album to document one entire year!

This would be a sweet gift for a teacher filled with class memories from the year.
The album has 16 scrapbook pages (8 double-sided) that include 2 pockets and 2 fold-out pages.

Fun colors, titles and phrases, and lots of embellishments are just a few of the things that adorn the pages of this fun school memory album.

I always create my albums so that photos can easily tuck under embellishments, and I always use only acid-free, photo-safe supplies. The title on the cover is "School Memories" and other pages say "First Day of School", "I love my Teacher", and "I'm crushing this school thing".

As always, thanks so much for stopping by my log. Please be sure to visit my shop to see more great scrapbook album kits, page layout kits, Digital downloads & so much more!

Welcome to the Farm Tabbed Mini Album

Sometimes there's a collection that you just can't get enough of ... that's so fun to play with you look for excuses to take pictures.  Down on the Farm is one of those collections for me.  I didn't grow up on a farm, and I don't live on one now, but everything about the patterns, embellishments, and cute little farm animals just make me happy.  So, here's mini #3 using Down on the Farm...

I used the farmer boy for my cover, but the girl farmer looks just as cute!
I covered a chipboard album from my stash with 12x12 pattern papers from the collection.
I designed the tab labels myself using my Silhouette software.  I found a wood sign file that I liked and then cut it up and altered it to add words for the welcome sign and tabs. (Links to cut files below.)
Those Odds and Ends die cuts!!  So much cuteness!
I can't wait to take my granddaughter to a farm or a petting zoo so that I have cute pictures to fill up this darling mini.  If you want to see more handmade albums, visit my SHOP at Artsy Albums.  Hope you are all having a wonderful, crafty summer!
