Lucky Charm Mini Scrapbook Album

Hello scrappers! It's Friday!! And I have a little something different to share with you today. My latest album is titled "Lucky Charm" and it's a brand new size for me! This mini is just adorable at 4"x5" but ... don't let the size fool you. It still has all the bells and whistles of my larger albums. Keep reading ... you'll see. 😉

To purchase the instructions to make this album visit:

This mini has 24 pages (12 double-sided) and space for 35 smaller photos. I think it would be great for pictures of family or friends that you feel lucky to have in your life. Maybe the whole album is about one special someone or ... maybe it's about your littles!  If you plan to drink green beer on St. Patrick's day, visit an Irish pub, or cook up your traditional Irish Corn beef and cabbage, be sure to take pictures because this little album is the perfect place to share them!

I designed this album with a collection from Photo Play called Lucky Charm. I loved the idea of making an album with the "lucky" theme. It's really nice to recognize how fortunate, grateful and blessed we feel to have special people in our lives.

It has 12 pockets. Yeah, twelve! So you could add photos or save memorabilia in them like movie or concert tickets from a date or a love note left on the refrigerator.

There are 4 tags with colorful ribbons attached and I love how they randomly poke out the top of the album, lol. You can add photos to the tags, in the pockets and on to the pages. So many choices!

Wouldn't this make a super cute brag book for grandparents too? Fill it with pictures of their grandbabies and next time the kids go for a visit, they could come with a surprise gift!

Oh and 1 more thing ... it has 4 flip-ups just like my larger albums have! See? I told you  ... it may be small but it sure is mighty!

So, what do you think of the new size? It's adorable right?? So much fun packed in a mini that could fit in your purse. Hope you have fun creating this and thanks for stopping by!

Update: This album has sold out but I have added the Instructions and the product links for it to my shop. My instructions are simple, step-by-step and include measurements and full color photos of each page. Links below & happy scrappin'!

Kitty Cat Mini Album with Bella Blvd

Hey guys! We're finishing up cut-file week over at Bella Blvd and I wanted to share my fun little shaped mini with all of you!  I used two of Bella's .svg cut files, the adorable fish bowl and sweet orange cat from the Chloe collection.  I welded them together in my Silhouette software so that the mischievous kitty appeared to be peeking over the fish bowl....

I used lots of hearts and ombre paper throughout this album, and popped in a few die cuts from the Chloe collection (one of my all-time favorite Bella lines!).

For the fish bowl, I used different shades of ombre ice for the water, and some orange dot besties for the little fish.  That seaweed is actually epoxy hearts, and a die cut from the Santa Squad ephemera!

I cut all of my pages out of white card stock and then created an internal offset with my Cameo software for layers of pattern paper.

Like the phrase says ... "I can't with the cute" ... that little kitty with the glasses and pink bow just makes me smile!

Shaped albums are so much fun to create.  I hope I've given you some ideas for using cut files for mini albums like mine!  You could almost have a mini shaped like anything!  Add a few bella besties, some epoxy hearts, and a couple cute ephemera pieces and you'll have a perfect little gift or keepsake in no time!  Here are some of the products I used for this project....

Winter Layout with Bella Blvd

Hey scrappers! It's time to share my latest Bella Blvd Design Team project and today, I have a pretty 12x12 winter layout for you. I added some pictures from my family's afternoon at Stone Mountain. I used the Fa La La collection and I just love the color palette. It's so bright and cheerful!

This would be a perfect page for photos from a ski vacation, fun with friends, building a snowman or beautiful photos of your snow covered home.

I used the Christmas Village paper for the background and added the adorable snowman paper called Hot Chocolate Weather toward the bottom. I love that the snowmen look like they're dancing across the page!

For the winter title, I chose a Bella Cut-out called Wonderland. I love the open letters ... it's a great place to add pattern and color to your page. I used Bella Bestie papers, a print from the Fa La La collection (pink gingham), and a little white epoxy heart for the R.  Then I added the Bella acrylic "memories" for a bit of dimension. I think the mix of materials is super cute!

The snowflake cut outs are from the Wonderland package that the winter title is from (product links below).

At the top and bottom of the page, I layered a strip of pink gingham (Hot Chocolate Weather) and a colorful striped print (Candy Striper).

Then ... I embellished!! I sprinkled some cute matte enamel dots from Bella's Squeeze the Day Collection here and there. I love the little pops of color.

I used lots of cute ephemera pieces from the Fa la La Collection. I tucked the adorable little houses behind the white scalloped border so it looks like they're nestled in the snow. So cute!

Whether you see snow or not, I bet everyone has some great winter pictures to scrap. I hope this page inspires you to create beautiful layouts for your winter memories!  Thanks for stopping by!
