Baby Greeting Card - Welcome Little One

Hey friends! So today I'm hoppin' on the blog to share the sweetest little card to welcome a new baby. I really love this one! I think all things baby are adorable but come on ... those little animal stickers peeking through each circle ... so stinkin' cute! I think this card should be saved in baby's first scrapbook, for sure. 😊

Cards are the perfect project when you want to give something handmade but short on time. They're fun and so easy. For this one, I used the Doodlebug Special Delivery Collection and the #9 circle window die from PhotoPlay. It fits the 3 7/8 x 8 7/8 envelope size perfectly. (Links below)

For the base of the card, I cut out white cardstock and added the yellow Sweet Dreams paper on top. I used the die to cut the 3 circles in the green gingham (Baby Blooms), then added
foam tape in between to add dimension. Don't you love the tiny stitch marks the die creates around each circle?! Such a cute detail.

Next, time to add the animals! The elephant is from the icon stickers and all the others are from the mini icons. I pulled an ear or a tail to the outside of the gingham paper because ... it just looked cute, lol!  And to finish it off, I used a stamp from Simon Says Stamp - Cuddly Critters Accessories Stamp Set for the "Welcome Little One" saying.

I hope you give this handmade card a try. I've included the product links below ... and have fun!
