NEW Easter Scrapbook Album with Doodlebug

Hey scrappers! It's Friday and that means I have a fun new mini album kit to share with you! It's titled Easter and it's filled with chicks, bunny rabbits, pretty flowers, decorated eggs, colorful plaids, and polka dots. It has tons of space so you can save all your fun spring and holiday memories with family and friends.

To purchase the instructions for this album visit:
I designed this with a 6x8 inch teal Simple Stories binder and Doodlebug's amazing Hippity Hoppity Collection. I absolutely love everything about this collection from the adorable pattern papers to the super cute embellishments. If you love spring and Easter - you have to get it!

Inside, the album has 20 pages that include lots of fun interactive elements. There are 2 pockets, 1 fold-out, 4 fun flippies, and space for over 40 photos.

This page crack me up. The background paper is called My Peeps and has an army of cute little chicks! I added a folding card on top that would be perfect for a sweet family photo of your peeps!

Hmmm, I just noticed I didn't add any sprinkle dots to the tractor tires above. I'll have to go back add them ... they just look naked without them. ;)

Here's a BIG page! Not only is it a fold-out (see the rainbow grid paper on the right) ... but it also has a pocket, journaling cards, AND a flippie!! The front of pink pocket lifts up with space inside for 2 more pictures. Now that's a lot of awesome photo space for one little 6x8 inch layout!

Need some fun Easter related activities? I have some! Easter doesn't have to be just one day. In the weeks leading up to it, you can sprinkle the fun around!
  • Have an egg and spoon race.
  • Bake and decorate sugar cookies.
  • Fill a jar with jelly beans and have the littles guess how many are in there.
  • Or ... eat the jelly beans and guess what flavor they are! Get the fancy ones. 😉
  • Plant flowers! Easter symbolizes rebirth so this is a great activity.
  • Decorate an Easter egg tree, indoors or outside. Kids love to help with decorations.
  • Look online for some fun crafts that you can use to decorate the Easter table with - place cards, eggs, bunny ears, etc.
  • Have the littles help in making an Easter basket for someone less fortunate.
  • Make bunny shaped pancakes one morning.
Not only will these activities extend the holiday fun but they'll also make great pictures and fun memories.

That colorful plaid paper above is gorgeous!! I'll be using that on many more projects!

I love a scrapbook pocket. They're perfect for extra photos, journaling cards, or memorabilia. Add a traditional family Easter recipe (mine is an amazing carrot cake), a special card, a church program, an invitation, a ribbon or tag from a gift, a place card, or a pretty foil wrapper from your favorite chocolate.

Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays. It's such a good time of year with spring arriving, flowers blooming, longer days, and so many fun Easter related activities to do. Be sure to take pictures and save them in this wonderful keepsake.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Happy scrapping everyone!
