Pumpkin Pie Treat Boxes

Hello crafty friends! I have a really fun project for you today. With Thanksgiving coming up, I wanted to make some cute treat boxes for my granddaughter to take to her friends at preschool. When I saw this cutting file by Jamie Lane Designs, I couldn't resist.

How cute are these! The cutting file for the pie slices can be found in the Silhouette store here, and the pie pan can be found here.

The back of the pie slices open up so you could add things inside like ...
  • treats or small toys for school classmates
  • thoughtful notes telling people what you appreciate about them
  • sweet reminders of what we all should be thankful for
  • and as a great activity for the littles, clues for a treasure hunt! Add one to each pie slice. Give them the first once and have them hunt for the others with the clues. Once they've found all the slices, the pie is complete!

The cutting file comes with a paper "whip cream" design, but I decided to top my slices with cute little whip cream bows! I just think these are adorable, and I know my granddaughter will have fun passing them out to her friends!  Happy crafting everyone!
