Our Greatest Adventure Travel Scrapbook Album

Happy Friday everyone! Today I'm sharing an awesome new album called Our Greatest Adventure and it's perfect for all kinds of travel plans. Anyone have a fun upcoming trip scheduled? It has been way too long since my last vacation and this week's kit is making me feel like it's time to get planning! Take a look ...

Our Greatest Adventure Travel Scrapbook Album for vacation pictures

To purchase the instructions for this album visit:

I designed this one with Echo Park's, Scenic Route Collection and I love everything about this album. The 6x6 inch size is perfect and the chipboard album is super sturdy. It's a great size and will hold 32 pictures from a fun lil' weekend trip to a longer, more extensive adventure.

All of the pages in this album would really work for any vacation. It has images of suitcases, maps, travel stamps, cameras, globes and airplanes. So whether you're spending time in a cabin in the mountains, flying abroad, or site seeing in a new city ... this album will work for you!

It has vintage elements with traditional colors of navy blue, red, golden yellow, and sage green. The embellishments are super cool. There are biplanes, 35mm cameras and a VW bus (so cute it had to go on the cover). Oh, and the brads ... several pages have them and I'm loving the extra little detail!

This has 12 pages (6 double-sided) with flaps, folding pages and pockets for extra storage. So save your maps, tickets, brochures and postcards. There's room for that memorabilia right along side your sweet pics! And look at the pattern on that pocket ... the travel stamps are great. As always, this is available as a kit and preassembled.

This would be a beautiful gift idea for Christmas. It's perfect for your fellow scrapper - your wife, your sister or a super crafty friend that loves a good project.
Or ... make this as a handmade gift and show your loved one just how talented and creative you really are! It would be perfect for someone who has a trip planned in 2021 or, fill it with pictures of a past trip and give it to your travel companion. I mean ... who doesn't love pictures that remind them of all their fun and special moments?

Go see some stuff, enjoy time with your family and friends, and experience a new adventure. (Have I mentioned I really want a vacation, lol?) I'm thinkin' it's time to start getting back out there ... while we safely wear our masks, stay 6 feet from strangers and use hand sanitizer, of course 😉).  Thanks for stopping my to see my newest album. Have a safe day!

Update: This kit has sold out but the instructions are available in my shop. They are simple, step-by-step, and include full color photos of each page. Links for the instructions and the products used are below. Happy scrappin'!

Happy Fall Y'all Handmade Card

Happy fall everyone!  Are you loving this time of year as much as I am? The colors in my backyard are just so pretty that I don't want the leaves to fall off the trees quite yet! Having coffee and looking out my back window this morning inspired me to pull out some cute fall paper and stickers for a fun card.

I used the PhotoPlay #9 Circle Windows Die Set (link below) and it fits the 3 7/8 x 8 7/8 envelope size perfectly. I used foam tape to add dimension between the teal and orange plaid papers.

The Doodlebug Design, Pumpkin Spice Collection is one of my favorite fall lines this year.  I love the icon stickers peeking from behind the circles.  Every sun and cloud should have a smiley face, don't ya think?

The Happy Fall Y'all banner was cut from the 12x12 border sheet called Autumn Weave (the orange plaid is on the opposite side). That waving bear kills me ... so cute! I hope this card, or the bear :) inspires you to pull out some scraps and have fun creating! Be sure to stop by tomorrow when I'll have a brand new album kit in the shop. Until then, happy scrappin'! 😊

Gnome Gift Tags for the Holidays

Hello everyone, I have some adorable tags to share with you today! These can be used in scrapbooks, on layouts, or as gift tags on presents. And since we're coming up on the gift giving season, I thought these little cuties would be a super fun project that anyone could do.

I created these with the Photo Play, Tulla and Norbert Collection (product links below). I love the colors, the patterns, and the sweet fairy tale feeling it has. I think it's perfect for ANY project, anytime of year but especially nice during this season of fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Since tags don't really use a ton of paper, I chose lots of pretty scraps. I layered different prints, in a variety of shapes, border stickers, and used scalloped punches for more interest. Then, I decorated with fun stickers.

You could use these as unique elements in your scrapbooks. Below, I tucked one in the pocket of my "Hangin' With My Gnomies" album. Perfect for journaling on.

You could use one as a page in a mini album, as a photo mat, or on a 12x12 layout. Such a cute detail.

Or ... hang one from a gift bag or tie it with ribbon to a present. If you're a terrible wrapper, no one will even notice. These are so cute, they'll draw the attention away from a bad wrap job, lol! 😉

So, whether you use these tags in scrapbooking or as gift tags, they're an easy and quick little project and ... they're adorable!

If you love this Photo Play collection as much as I do, check out my
Hangin' With My Gnomies Album shown above. The instructions for it are available in my shop (link below). Thanks for stopping by and happy scrappin'!

Santa Countdown Christmas Card with Lori Whitlock

Hi friends! Today is Lori Whitlock's November Blog Hop and my blog is the first stop on the hop so be sure to hop back over to Lori's site too because she has a sale, a giveaway and an awesome freebie for you!

For my project, I created an adorable Christmas calendar card just in time for the holiday season. I used one of Lori Whitlock's super cute cutting files called Step Card Christmas Countdown. (All product links below)

I used the Echo Park, Lumberjack Christmas Collection and I think it turned out great! I can't wait to give this to someone. The festive plaid paper is called Jolly and it's perfect for this project.

I love the idea of sitting this on a table in your foyer or on an office desk, counting  down the days 'till Christmas. Now that Halloween has passed, I'm ready to start listening to Christmas music and decorating!

For the little gifts, I used the back side of the double sided paper, 4x6 journal cards. It's a really pretty small print of holly and greenery. And for the other, I used a black and white plaid called Santa Sleigh.

To finish it off, I added brightly colored enamel dots for the tree ornaments, one on Santa's hat and one for the "i" in the Christmas title. I love it! I hope you have fun with this little card. I sure did!

You can find the digital cutting file, "Step Card Christmas Countdown" over on Lori's shop with the link below. If you want to see a tutorial for this card click HERE.

There are more fun, inspiring projects to see today so be sure to hop to each blog! Your next stop is Kathy's site!

12x12 Cheesy Smile Scrapbook Page

Hello friends! Today I'm sharing my latest Bella Blvd Design Team project. It's a 12x12 page layout I made of my adorable 3 year old granddaughter, Rylee. I started with some inspiration I got from this month's Bella Blvd mood board and I love these gorgeous colors. Pretty, right?!
I wanted the background to be full of color so when I found this patterned paper called Hand in Hand from the Illustrated Faith All People All Nations Collection, I thought it was perfect! It also had a painterly feel like one of the images in the inspiration.

I added white cardstock (sorry, it's a little wonky ... I need new contacts!) and paper from the Bella Besties Hearts & Ombre Collection in gulf. I was inspired by the stack of sweaters in the inspiration pic so, I used the stacked patterned paper across the top of the page called My Foundation from Illustrated Faith.

Oh my goodness, Rylee's happy face just melts my heart. I know many of you have photos that you feel the same way about. Be sure to scrap them. Those silly smiles, those funny looks and all their adorable personalities! So sweet and one day, you'll be so glad you did.

I love using products from different collections and the yellow scalloped border along the top came from the Cooper, Doohickey stickers. The bright color and polka dots were just what it needed.

I used the Smile title to show off that cheesy smile. It's one of the Besties Cut-Outs titled Happiness. If you haven't tried these cut-outs yet, they're super easy and make a really fun impact on your project. I backed each letter with a different color from the new Ombre paper and then used some Aria alpha stickers for the rest of my title.

I added a cute band of "Swiggle" washi tape from the Home Sweet Home Collection along the top and bottom and finished it off with some random heart and tag stickers. Done!

I love this page ... mainly because of that cute 3 year old and her cheesy smile 😉 but also because of the pretty colors and that great title. I hope this month's mood board and layout inspires you for your next project!
