Let's Sail Away Scrapbook Album

Happy Monday! Where do you guys find inspiration from? Nature, Pinterest, meditation, books, other scrappers? If you're like me ... then all of the above. Lately, I've had fun looking back through some older projects and it made me think how the past inspires us and can spark new creative ideas.

So with that in mind ... I thought I'd start sharing some older projects with you from time to time that were one-of-a-kind, custom or just something you haven't seen in a while. I hope it sparks new ideas of creativity for all of you as it does for me sometimes.

 

This album isn't a really old project but I only made 2 of them. This 6x8" chipboard album was bound with 2 binding rings and lots of colorful ribbon. It has 10 pages plus two heavy chipboard covers.

 

I designed this with paper and embellishments from the Carta Bella, Ahoy There Collection and My Mind's Eye, By the Sea Collection. 

 

Some of the nautical themed sayings in this scrapbook are Let's Sail Away Together, Ahoy There, Set Sail for Adventure, You Are My Anchor and Life is a Journey.
