Spring Wallet Shaped Mini Album with Doodlebug

Hello everyone! Today, I'm sharing my next Doodlebug Design Team Project and this week, I made the prettiest wallet shaped mini album filled with fun little flaps, fold-outs, pockets, and loads of Doodlebug cuteness! It's perfect for pictures of spring, family, and friends, AND ... it would make a wonderful gift idea!

I used the super cute Butterfly Kisses Collection and a Lori Whitlock cutting file called Wallet Mini Album (link below). I used lily white card stock for the base and covered the different sections in pretty pattern papers from the 6x8 paper pad.

On the cover, I added the rainbow stripe and flower paper. Then, I layered a 3" white scalloped circle, a 2.5" polka dot circle, and the adorable Ladybug Garden Doodle-pops. Isn't that little pink ladybug precious? 🩷 The title is from the Color-fetti print, and I glued some flat magnets underneath to secure the flap.

Here's what the wallet looks like opened up. It's unfolds into 3 sections. On the top section, I added the "Love You" die cut from the Chit Chat and 2 beautiful butterflies from the Odds & Ends. Then, a few enamel hearts from the Hearts A-Flutter shape sprinkles! 💕

The center section has two tri-folds that open to the left and the right. I covered both in the bubblegum floral paper called Butterfly Kisses, then added a white mat on top. I decorated with lots of cute die cuts from the Odds & Ends and a few enamel butterfly and heart shape sprinkles.

When you open those, each one has 6 little sections (3 on the front and 3 on the back). I covered them in pretty patterns and added some sweet 3x4 cards. Isn't that flower cart adorable?!

In the centerthere's a 4x6 inch section where I added the "Love this" journaling card. It's a perfect spot to document notes, a cute story, dates, an event, etc.

On the right, the "bugs and kisses" card is from the 6x8 paper pad. Love it, the pretty flowers, and this cute collection so much!

The bottom section has 2 little pockets that I tucked some adorable Odds & Ends die cut pieces into. You could add journaling notes to the back side of these, or ... use the pockets for small photos or memorabilia.
