Friendship Scrapbook Instructions

I designed this mini scrapbook with the Doodlebug, My Happy Place Collection and a 4x5 inch pocket & tag album by Graphic 45. This album style and size is one of my favorites. I always have so much fun with them!

 

I love how special this little cover is - the layers, the shapes, the colors, and those shiny enamel clouds. My favorite part ... the little yellow car! 💛 It's a Doodle-pops called Puddle Jumper (lol, so funny). It's whimsical and the perfect addition.

 

Every time I use one of these mini albums, I always say ... don't let the small size fool you. They're filled with so many fun elements that I call them mighty minis. Inside there are 8 pockets on the front of the pages. They're awesome for extra photos, journaling cards or colorful tags like the ones above. Then ...

... there are 4 more pockets along the edges. They are the perfect size for 3x4 element cards. I added little tabs to them to make them easy to pull out. Use the backside as a photo mat or for journaling. And check out the cute tag with the grommet and ribbon. There are 4 of these! What did I tell you? Mighty.

You could make this album all about your one best friend. Fill it with photos from all the years you've been together and watch your hairstyles, clothes, and make-up evolve! Make 2 albums, keep one for yourself and give the other as a sweet gift. What bestie wouldn't love this?!

 

Or ... add photos of your favorite group of fun loving friends. The more the merrier! It's perfect for photos of quiet get-togethers, crazy celebrations, and sweet selfies.

 

This would make a wonderful gift for someone of ANY age. I'm 56 and I love it so I think anyone would enjoy this keepsake. Think of mom, sister, or ... your child in high school or college!
