Outdoor Summer Adventure Scrapbook Album

Hey friends! Experts say this is the year of the road trip and since many people are trying to avoid the crowds, I'm thinking a nature inspired vacation might be perfect. Today, I have a wonderful NEW album kit in the shop titled Outdoor Summer Adventure and it's great for saving pictures of a trip to a National Park, camping, hiking, summer camp, and fun warm weather activities! 

I designed this with a 6x6 inch chipboard album by Prima and the Echo Park Summer Adventure Collection by Lori Whitlock. It has mountains, tents, campfires, backpacks, owls, stars, canoes, trees, and more.

 

This mini would also be fabulous for photos of a cabin, time at the lake, boating, tubing, or fishing with friends. I love being outside. It's hot as blazes this summer but an afternoon on the water ... in an inner tube ... being lazy in the sunshine ... sounds awwwwesome!

 

Inside, there are 12 scrapbook pages that include 3 pockets, 1 fold-out page, 5 flippies, and space for 22 photos. 

 

Outdoor activities like camping, hiking, biking are not only good for your physical health, but they’re also great for your mental and emotional well-being. They can decrease your stress level, and ... it’s hard to be cranky when you’re having fun in nature. 😉

I love the saying on the flippie above - "Collect moments, not things." So true! And, isn't that why we scrapbook? To document those moments that give our life quality? I want to remember all the little details of those moments when remembering isn't so easy anymore, lol! 

 

Above is one of the three pockets. They're great for storing small maps, brochures, tickets, journaling cards, postcards, notes, itineraries, business cards, or extra photos.
