Fall Cards - October Blog Hop with Lori Whitlock

Hi crafty friends! Today is Lori Whitlock's October Blog Hop! My site is the first stop on the hop, so if you're starting here be sure to visit Lori's site because she has some great ideas for you!

For my project, I created a couple of fall ornate cards using two of Lori's wonderful cutting files (links below). These are so pretty and a perfect way to tell someone you're thinking of them!

Fall Leaf and Pumpkin Handmade Greeting Cards

I chose a festive paper collection that Lori designed for Echo Park called Celebrate Autumn. The colors are warm and the prints are beautiful!

I used Bazzill cardstock in walnut cream and the cutting files to make the base of these cards. Then, I created an internal offset of the leaf and the pumpkin, cut them out of solid colored paper, and layered them on top.

I used patterned papers from the Celebrate Autumn 6x6 paper pad behind the ornate cutouts. For the leaf card above, I added the "Grateful for you" sticker from Echo Park's A Perfect Autumn 12x12 sticker sheet.

Fall Pumpkin Handmade Greeting Card

And for the pumpkin card, I added the "Thankful" sticker from Echo Park's Celebrate Autumn 12x12 sticker sheet. Below are the product links but you can use any similar fall collection you have.

I hope you have fun with these svg cutting files and thanks for stopping by the blog today!
