Hi crafty friends! Today is Lori Whitlock's October Blog Hop! My site is the first stop on the hop, so if you're starting here be sure to visit Lori's site because she has some great ideas for you!
For my project, I created a few of Lori's ornate fall cards using 2 of her wonderful cutting files (links below). I made one card with a really pretty leaf and another with an adorable pumpkin.
The cream card is the cutting file. Then, for my cards, I created an internal offset of the leaf and pumpkin and cut them out of solid colored paper.
For the pattern paper behind the ornate cutout, I adhered pretty 6x6 pattern paper from the fall paper line that Lori designed for Echo Park, called Celebrate Autumn.
The "thankful" sticker above is from the Celebrate Autumn sticker sheet, and the "Grateful for You" on the leaf card is from an older fall collection called "A Perfect Autumn".
Update: Since the Echo Park, Celebrate Autumn collection is older & may be hard to find, I've included some links for similar Echo Park & Carta Bella products that would make great substitutes. Thanks for stopping by!!
Thanks for stopping by and happy scrappin'!
