Doodlebug Petite Prints Birthday Album

Hey guys! Today's project is all about Doodlebug's Petite Prints. I love them and use them in almost all my projects somewhere. The colors match every single Doodlebug collection perfectly so, you never have to hunt for a solid print to match a project.

 

For this cute birthday mini album, I used Petite Prints in Dot and Stripe on every page. Then to create the birthday theme, I simply added embellishments from a different collection. Change up the embellishments and you can make this album for a baby, a friend, a holiday, or any season!

 

I used stickers from Doodlebug's Hip Hip Hooray collection. It's an adorable birthday line from a few years back, but you could easily substitute the Party Time or Hey Cupcake Collection instead (links below).

 

For the pages, I chose the swimming pool, lemon, mandarin, blue jean and citrus colors.  I mixed both sides, dots and stripes, throughout the album for a fun contrast.

 

I punched a 3" scalloped circle out of the dot and stripe in Mandarin and added a cute circle sticker from the This and That. I added the punch link below. It comes in lots of sizes and shapes but the scallop circle is my favorite!

 

On the page above, I added a few create-a-cards (from Hip Hip Hooray) ... but you could use the 12x12 papers with the 3x4 cards (links below) and make your own flippies!

 

 

I sprinkled some pretty enamel dots here and there and also added a bit of twine to one of the pages. I love how it turned out and it was really fun to make!

The album I used was a Doodlebug tabbed mini that's no longer available. However, I added links to a similar cutting file below so that you could make one yourself.
