Birthday Boy Dragon Scrapbook Album

Hi Artsy Albums friends! Today I'm sharing a new album that I created with one of my favorite Doodlebug collections called, Dragon Tails. Although, I might say that every new line is my favorite, LOL!  I think I love this collection so much because it reminds me of when my boys were small. They loved dragons, knights and castles, so this album was extra fun for me :)

I used a 6x8 Simple Stories binder album and added Odds & Ends, boutique buttons, enamel dots, chunky twine, and lots of cute pattern paper on the cover. The 4x4 card was perfect for my title ... that dragon is too cute!

I've added lots of storage for your cute photos with mats, pockets and fold-out cards to tuck photos inside. A cute example is the card on the page above, right side.

See? It opens with room for 2 photos!

On the page above, I used a sheet from the 6x6 paper pad to add a flip-up element. You can see what's under the flap in the next photo ...

Tah-dahhh! It's a smaller flip-up card! How cute!

Isn't this three-piece dragon just adorable?  He was perfect for the front of my pocket. The shape sprinkles make fun "tabs" when two are placed on a card or tag back to back. I used the balloon sprinkles for a photo tag above.

Here are a few more pictures of this fun birthday album!
