Summer Beach House Shaped Scrapbook Album Kit

Hey guys! Today, I'm sharing this week's fun NEW scrapbook kit and latest Doodlebug Design Team Project. It's a cute chipboard mini album titled Summer Beach House and it will be in my shop tomorrow. Perfect for photos of a vacation, the beach, sandcastles, the pool, and sunny seaside memories. 🌞🌴👙

Whether you stay in a beach cottage, a house, or a fabulous hotel, this album's shape works great! I used Doodlebug's 5x7 inch Home Sweet Home Chipboard Album. It comes with 2 covers, a roof top piece, 4 dividers, and 4 pages - giving you 16 pages in total. It also includes 2 silver binding rings but in my album kit, I'm adding yellow ones for a little extra color.

For the paper and embellishments, I used Doodlebug's adorable Summer Fun Collection that features bright happy colors that I L❤️VE! It also has the cutest images of palm trees, flowers, tropical animals, sea creatures, sandcastles, boats, sea shells, beach wear, flamingos, and more!

Inside, I covered the chipboard pages with fun patterned papers, then decorated with lots of cute stickers and die cuts. Keep in mind ... my kit comes with a full package of Odds & Ends (132 pieces), Icons stickers (84 pieces), and This & That stickers (70 pieces). Soooo, you have lots of choices and can customize the layouts for your specific photos and activities.

I think this page has such a cute mix of patterns, colors, and images. The whimsical polka dots, the sunshine paper in the background, the colorful arrow sign, and those splashing 💦 water drops! 

This is a great keepsake whether you take a long summer vacation or a quick weekend trip to the coast. Add photos of the beach view, building sandcastles, collecting seashells and sea glass, swimming, surfing, floating on inner tubes, a beach picnic, and relaxing with family and friends.

You could also add pictures of a boardwalk, sightseeing along the coast, your fabulous hotel / house, an afternoon of boating, renting wave runners, fishing, and drinks by the pool. Yes please! ... sign me up!

And speaking of drinks by the pool, how pretty is this page with the floral paper and matching cocktails? 

Y'all know, I love a pocket page and I think this one turned out pretty cute! I added another beauitful floral print, then created a pocket using a scalloped circle. I tucked a few cards in the back that are perfect for photos or journaling all about the trip!
