Cat Heart Shaped Acrylic Scrapbook Album

Hi scrappers! Who's ready for some kitty cat cuteness?! It's time for my latest Bella Blvd Design Team Project and this week, I made a heart shaped mini album that's purrrrrfect for your favorite feline's photos. It's titled You Had Me At Meow, and ... I've just added the simple, step-by-step instructions for it to my shop! πŸ©·

To purchase the instructions for this album visit:

I designed it with the Bella Blvd, Meow Collection and it's absolutely ahhh-dorable! The kitties are sporting fun little accessories like bows, flowers, bandanas, scarves, and glasses. And there are cat toys, treats, paw prints, and so many cute patterns!

For the album, I used my clear Acrylic Heart Shaped AlbumIt has 6 acrylic pages that are approx. 6 3/4" x 5 1/2", 1 binding ring, and endless possibilities!

NEW! I have included an SVG download file in the Acrylic Heart Album listing. If you have an electronic cutting machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.), then you can use this SVG file to cut out the pattern paper that fits as an inset on each of the acrylic pages. The download will be sent via email. If you do not have a machine that cuts SVG files, no worries! You can simply use the template that is provided with the album to trace and cut out your pattern paper. Easy peasy!

For the cover, I layered two hearts cut from the back and front of the 12x12 Smitten Kitten paper. I used a 3.5" scallop circle punch and a 3" circle punch to create the shape in the center, then added the super sweet Purrsnickety Bella-pops. I love that little orange cat with the blue bird on its head, lol!

I wanted to zhush it up a little more, so I added a few epoxy dots and stars from the Sun Fun pack (Walking On Sunshine Collection), an epoxy heart from the Cat Lover stickers, a title from Words, and a bunch of cute die cuts from the Ephemera Icons (links below).

What a colorful page for your snuggling memories! I made the photo mat with the 12x12 Fur Ball paper and white card stock, then added some die cuts from the Ephemera Icons and Words. I chose a couple of epoxy hearts and added 3 epoxy dots to the corners of the pillow, and ... the page was complete!

This heart shaped scrapbook makes a perfect keepsake for memories of your sweet furbaby, their friends, the zoomies, making biscuits, their favorite toy, the crazy cat nip behavior, silly sleeping positions, and the intense stare with airplane ears.

The background print on this page is titled Cat Life and it's filled with fun words like spoiled, lovable, feline, purrs, cat nip, etc. To create as big of a mat as I could, I clipped the corners of this one using a scalloped We R Memory Keepers corner chomper. That way, it doesn't hang off the edges of the layout.

Are you cat obsessed? If so, you'll love this page. I used the colorful striped Borders print in the background and layered strips of the Fur Ball and That Face papers across the center. Next, I added the flower Doohickey border sticker, the pink 3D flower from the Wings of Sunshine Bella-pops, and lots of precious cats from the Icons. For the brown one, I cut and repositioned it's tail to hang out the bottom. Sorry kitty! πŸ˜‚

Check out this handy little pocket page I made with the Cat Life and Smitten Kitten papers. I used the scalloped Doohickey sticker to visually separate the prints and tucked the edge of a curious upside-down cat just underneath. Inside the pocket, I added a photo mat, 2 tags from the Daily Details, and a cat toy die cut embellished with a tiny epoxy dot!

Don't forget my clear Acrylic Display Stand! And ... if you're also a dog lover, be sure to check out my Smile Maker Dog Scrapbook I made a few weeks ago.

I hope my "You Had Me at Meow" Scrapbook, Acrylic Heart Album, and Bella Blvd's cute Meow Collection have inspired you to recreate this fun project. The simple, step-by-step instructions for it are in my shop!!
