Hey crafty friends! It's time for a peek inside this week's NEW Fourth Of July Mini Album Kit that will be in my shop on Friday. It's filled with Doodlebug's patriotic cuteness and will highlight all your photos of a parade, a weekend festival, a neighborhood party, backyard BBQs, an afternoon on the lake, picnics in the park, biking, outdoor games, fun at the beach, boating, and those amazing fireworks.
I designed this with my Acrylic Mini Album 5"x4.5", but used red acrylic for the covers for a festive new look. Then, I decorated it with 2 different Doodlebug Design collections - Hometown USA and some leftovers from Land That I Love. They go perfectly together and the result is ahh-dorable!
On the front cover, I chose this sweet Fourth Of July sticker as the title. For dimension, I added a matching acrylic shaped piece behind it. If you look closely, you can see its clear acrylic edges sticking out from behind it. This and the sticker's metallic trim make this fun shape really stand out.
Here's another angle where you can see the dimension of the layers on the cover. And check out all the pages this little album has! I can't wait to fill mine with our fun weekend pictures.
Just inside the cover, I added a flippie with space for 2 photos. The cute airplane, the American flag, the fireworks, and all the tiny polka dots look great against this red background. Don't you think?
The album has 20 scrapbook pages (10 double-sided) that include 2 pockets, 2 fold-out pages, 6 flippies, and space for 33 small photos (small photos are SO cute!!). Above is one of the fold-outs and when you open it ...... you'll see this cute journaling card! Perfect for documenting dates, locations, names, or weekend plans.
Here's another one of the fun little flippies. These are so great for adding extra space for photos or notes to small scrapbook layouts.
Check out all the fun pattern papers on this pocket page. I mixed polka dots and stripes, then added lots of colorful journaling cards to the pocket. Some even have cute scalloped designs on them! L❤️VE.
This fold-out with its round Popsicle sticker was super "sweet" (lol), but it still needed a little more. So, I added a row of blue gems down the side for some sparkle!
So, what do you think of this week's NEW mini album titled Fourth Of July? She's super cute, right? I just love her. And ... she's the perfect size for a fun weekend's worth of photos. This creative DIY kit and preassembled scrapbook will be in my shop on Friday.
NOTE: I don't have a lot of product for this kit, so quantities will be very limited. Thanks for visiting the blog and have a wonderful day! 😊
