Hi friends! It's time for my latest Doodlebug Design Team Project using the new Color Me Crafty Collection. Yay!! I love it and can't wait to share this cute mini album with you. It's titled The Crafty Life and it's filled with art supplies, cameras, happy colors, and pretty flowers. Perfect for highlighting our fun crafting photos!
To make this, I used my 4.5" x 6.5" Tall Acrylic Album in white, the 6x8 paper pad, and several of the card sheets. I added the adorable Perfectly Plaid paper to the front cover, then layered a white acrylic bracket shape underneath The Crafty Life This & That sticker that I cut to size. A camera from the Odds & Ends and the Tools of the Trade Doodle-pops finished the look. So cute!
I love the little Polaroid photos that are in the Odds & Ends pack, so I had to add them to the first page. The green tab is from the Bits & Pieces pack -- adorable!
I 🩷 this layout. The stripe is so colorful and that die cut cluster at the bottom of the page is too cute! I added another tab from the Bits & Pieces to the edge of the page. The album looks so fun with all of them lined up down the side.
Here, I created a flippie using a 3x4 card. To give it a little dimension, I used pop dots to adhere a matching coffee cup die cut on top of the one printed on the card. Then, I added a pretty flower and leaves from the Garden of Color Shape Sprinkles for a bit of shine.
Aren't these colorful stripes fun? I used more Chit Chat pieces here and can't wait to tuck a fun crafty picture behind the embellishments.
One of the last pages in my album is another pocket. The die cut that I tucked inside is one of my favorites ... it looks like an open 6x8 scrapbook album! I think I'll add a small photo to the back.
