Pot 'O Gold Album with Doodlebug Designs

Shaped albums are always so much fun and I'm excited to share my latest Lots of Luck mini with all of you! (If you missed the first one, you can check it out here)!
For the cover and base of my album, I used the Pot O' Gold cutting file from the Doodlebug Happy Go Lucky cut file collection.  There is one for this collection too, but it had not been released when I made this album.  You can find it here soon!
To create the covers and album pages:
1.  I separated the pieces and cut the grey (back cover) and black (front cover) pieces out of Silhouette chipboard 3 times.
2.  I layered the pieces together to give the covers more strength.
3.  I cut 4 more of the black pot design out of white card stock to use as base pages.
4.  The white pots (shown above) are the internal offsets (front and back) of the base pages.  I cut 4 of each out of pattern paper.

If you decide to make a project like this, be sure your pattern paper is in the right direction on your cutting mat. I learned this the hard way when I cut out the rainbow pattern upside down. :)
I love the little ladybug shaped sprinkles!  They added such a cute touch to the cover and the page above.
The rainbow, clouds, and hearts on the pages above, and the cute little leprechaun below, are both adorable doodle-pops!

I hope my little project has "brightened your day"!  Thanks so much for stopping by!
