Gift Card Box with Lori Whitlock

Hey guys, I’m back to share a fun gift box project with you that I created with one of Lori Whilock's adorable cutting files. 
Lori’s cute little gift box  is perfect for tucking in a gift card and adding a sweet note.  The little drawer pulls out so that you can tuck in a gift card, and the top folds to stand up with a note inside.

I love that the cutting file also comes with an outside box … what a perfect gift for a friend, babysitter, teacher or anyone!

 

I used scraps that are no longer available but, I found 2 substitute paper lines that I thought would be equally as cute! They're Carta Bella's Farmhouse Market or Flower Market collections and they're super pretty! I also included the enamel dots for the inside of the flowers & that adorable rhinestone brad for the drawer pull. Check out the links below to make this adorable gift card box yourself. December Christmas Scrapbook Album with Bella Blvd

December Christmas Scrapbook Instructions

I designed this with a 6x8 inch Simple Stories binder and the colorful Bella Blvd, Fa La La Collection. I'm loving this cover with its little neighborhood scene, super cute houses, quirky trees, and snowflakes. 

Inside, there are 16 scrapbook pages (8 double-sided) that include 2 interactive flippies, 2 pockets, 2 fold-out pages and space for at least 50 photos on the layouts and in the clear page protectors. 

This album would be great filled with photos of family and friends, decorating the Christmas tree, baking sweet treats, a holiday show, a cookie swap, a light display, a party, and beautifully wrapped gifts.

"It's the most wonderful time of the year", so there is always outdoor fun. Take pictures of the snow covered landscape, building a snowman, tubing, roasting marshmallows, sipping hot chocolate, and ice skating.

Add family photos in front of the tree, having friends over for dinner, a visit with Santa, a school or church event, and Christmas shopping down Main Street bundled up in cozy gear.

Don't forget pictures of your beautifully decorated home (inside and out) with wreaths, twinkle lights, pretty bows, sparking ornaments, and holly filled garland.

Here's a fun pocket page. I added a lined card on the front for journaling and tucked a colorful photo mat inside. But you could also add memorabilia, like ... Christmas cards, a party invitation, letters to Santa, a shopping list, a church program, or favorite holiday recipes.

Hello everyone! I recently drove past a farm that was getting their fall corn maze ready and it got me thinking ... I haven't talked about farms in a while. I love shaped mini albums and this little barn is so cute! ... with a cow that's bigger than the tractor, lol!

My last album is my Farm Memories Scrapbook Album ... 

This was a Doodlebug Design Team Project. So, since it wasn't a kit, I never created instructions for it. I used a 6x6 inch Bo Bunny Bare Naked Binder Album, and with a little more room on the cover ... I was able to create a cute little farm scene!

Baby Girl Dress Shaped Mini Album

Hello everyone! If you'll remember, last month I created a Bear Shaped Mini Album for one of my Doodlebug Design Team Projects. This month, I've decided to make an adorable Baby Girl Dress Shaped Mini Album using the precious Bundle of Joy Collection. It's filled with pink and yellow and all things girly! 

For the cover, I used my Silhouette machine, a Doodlebug cutting file called Bundle of Joy Clothes #1 (link below), and white cardstock. I covered the white paper in a 12x12 petite prints gingham in cupcake. The colorful striped paper used on the ruffle, collar, and trim was from the 6x6 paper pack. I added a die cut from the chit chat and a few of my favorite little enamel dots for the buttons.

The Showered with Love hearts paper made the perfect background. I used a Marvy Uchida 3.5” scallop circle punch and a 3" circle punch for the center mat to show off a sweet pic. That adorable baby with pig tails is from the Odds & Ends.

I used that same scallop circle punches on each page of the album. The yellow stars paper (Sweet Dreams) is beautiful next to the colorful plaid (Blankie). 

I added lots of fun little sayings like Tiny Fingers Tiny Toes, Hello Baby Girl, Sweet Dreams and Hello Sunshine from the Chit Chat.

This is the perfect page for a photo of your little sweetie sleeping peacefully. I used some stars from the shape sprinkles to add a bit of shine and dimension and a moon from the Odds & Ends.

I love the Cute as a Button polka dot paper on this page and the little green frog with the tiny smile!

After creating such a cute scrapbook, you should display it on one of my clear Acrylic Display Stands. These are available in my shop and they turn your mini albums into home decor. So precious for a baby's nursery!

My Favorite Monsters Halloween Album Kit

My Favorite Monsters Scrapbook Instructions

I made this 6x8 inch scrapbook out of black chipboard and decorated it with the adorable Bella Blvd, Monsters and Friends Collection. It's fun, whimsical, and filled with goofy little monsters, pumpkins, ghosts, and candy. 

I am LOVING this cover with its snaggle tooth characters, purple stars, and lots of colorful ribbons tied to the book rings. The vibe is carefree, wild, a little crazy ... and super playful! Perfect.

Inside, I created 14 chipboard pages (7 double-sided) that include 2 flippies, 1 fold-out page, 1 pocket, and space for 25 frightful photos. 

Whatever the chosen costume is, these pages will highlight just how cute you or your little one looks on Halloween night. I imagine my Rylee will choose to be a princess again. She's only 3 years old but all about being "in-charge". That's right girl ... wear that crown!

Maybe you have some awesome decorations going in and around your home. Skeletons, tombstones, and pumpkins ... oh my! That's so much fun. Be sure to take photos and save them right here. Neighborhood bragging rights for years to come!

This album has lots of fun sayings too, like ... "Boo Yah", "party monster", "Night Squad", "I've got my eye on you", "candy monster", and "Ghosts and goblins, spooks galore, scary witches at your door!".

No mini is complete without a handy dandy pocket page. This one has "The Boo Crew" on the front watching you! And inside, I added 2 folding cards and several photo mats.
