I designed these layouts with the PhotoPlay, We Bought A Zoo Collection created by Becky Fleck. The jungle / animal theme is just so cute!

There are lions, monkeys, hippos, bears, giraffe, tigers, and lots more friendly faces. I love all the fun pattern papers of animal prints, plaid, stripes, and tropical leaves. And great natural colors!

I also created the Fun Day At The Zoo Mini Album (seen below) using the same PhotoPlay, We Bought A Zoo Collection. It's filled with cute jungle and zoo animals. It's a must-see mini!!

Fun Day At The Zoo Scrapbook Mini Album Kit

Hey everyone! Today, I have a brand NEW mini album kit in the shop titled Fun Day At The Zoo that has a super cute jungle theme. It's perfect for photos of a zoo, all the amazing animals, school field trips, themed birthday parties, a petting zoo, or an animal / safari themed bedroom or nursery.

Fun Day At The Zoo Scrapbook Instructions

I designed this with a 7.5 x 6 inch Prima Short Chipboard Album and the PhotoPlay, We Bought a Zoo Collection by Becky Fleck. It's so fun and filled with animal prints, tropical leaves, colorful plaid papers, and lots of animals like ... bears, lions, giraffe, tigers, elephants, monkeys, and more!

Inside, there are 12 heavy chipboard pages (6 double-sided) that include 8 fun flippies, 2 fold-out pages, and 2 pockets for lots of space for your memories.

The pages are covered with wonderful pattern papers, like the plaid print above, and lots of cute animal themed embellishments. 

Here is one of the pockets. I added a colorful stripe paper to the front and tucked some awesome journaling cards / photo mats inside. You could also add memorabilia, like ... tickets to the zoo, a party invitation, a small map, or a brochure.

This little scrapbook would also be amazing for photos of a visit to Walt Disney's Animal Kingdom or one of the Busch Gardens Theme Parks. 

This fun DIY kit comes with the chipboard album, precut pattern paper and card stock that are packaged by page, die cuts, stickers, journaling and title cards, twine, and simple full-color step-by-step instructions. 

I love this collection and designing this Fun Day At The Zoo Mini Album. The theme was a little different. I think you're going to enjoy this one!

Golf Cart Card #1 with Lori Whitlock

July 4th Scrapbook Album Kit

School's out here in Georgia, the heat has kicked in, and the pools are open! Before we know it, we'll be planning for July 4th fireworks so here's a little red, white, and blue inspiration for you!

For this mini album, I used the Yankee Doodle collection and lots of petite prints. I combined 6x8 pages, pockets, and fold-out elements in a binder from Simple Stories.

The patterns and die cut odds & ends pieces for this collection are perfect for lots of activities ... fireworks, BBQs, parades, family fun, and anything red, white, and blue!

 

The tab stickers above, and several of the cute border stickers, are from the Stars and Stripes Fancy Frills sticker sheet.  I love how cute they look on the chipboard tabs of this binder!

 

 

The Odds & Ends package has lots of great acrylic pieces like the "America" above, and the "July 4th" on the cover. I hide clear glue dots behind these pieces to adhere them to my pages.

8x8 Down On The Farm Scrapbook Pages

Hello my friends! Today I'm sharing my latest Doodlebug Design Team Project. You may remember that I recently shared my 8x8 Storybook album with you here. It's a scrapbook I'm working on for my granddaughter and I've completed a few more pages. Take a look ...

I used a Doodlebug favorite ... the Down on the Farm collection. It worked perfectly for our family photo shoot even though we weren't at a farm. 

Don't they look great in my Storybook album? Love!

This 8x8 album is a great size for putting the focus on the photos. The photos in the pictures above are 4x6.  

Here are 2 more pages with my granddaughter and her stuffed pig, Pua (from the Disney film Moana). 

I added some glitter enamel dots in pink & brown for a feminine touch (links below).

Hi guys! Today, I have a nautical themed scrapbook to share with you! It's titled By The Sea and it makes a great keepsake album for your all your ocean themed memories like ... a day of boating, relaxing beach side, taking a cruise, or island hopping!

It would be perfect for a cruise vacation or a fun weekend of sailing ... or a family beach trip, renting a house on the ocean. 

The fabulous acid free archival safe paper and embellishments are from the Carta Bella Deep Blue Sea Collection and the chipboard album is by Simple Stories.

This would be a great gift for someone. Or ... you could use this for coast guard photos, a visit to the lighthouse, or maybe a nautical themed birthday party.

The chipboard binder album is packed with interactive pages, pockets, plastic photo sleeves, chipboard dividers, and tons of embellishments. It includes 12 white scrapbook pages (6 double-sided), 3 double-sided tabbed chipboard pages, 10 photo sleeve pages, and space for at least 75 photos!

I always create my albums so that photos can easily tuck under embellishments, and I always use only acid-free, photo-safe supplies. The title on the cover says "By The Sea" and some of the other pages say "Ahoy There", "Bon Voyage", "Ride the Waves" and "Adventure", and "Life's A Beach".
