Family Stories Scrapbook Album, New Instructions

Happy Sunday friends! Over the past few months, family time has probably been more abundant than ever. And this weekend I found an older project called Family Stories that I think would be great for everyone.

No matter what your family looks like - a spouse and kids, your grandparents, close friends or your pets ... family is family. So, scrap and save all your beautifully crazy family moments! Cute selfies, photos of playtime, game night, cooking in the kitchen, an afternoon of arts and crafts or funny snuggling pictures ... this album is perfect for all of them.

I just added this special Family Stories album to my Digital Instructions. The original album was designed with paper & embellishments by Echo Park. So pretty! Check it out!

Dog House Shaped Mini Album with Bella Blvd

Happy Friday! By now, I'm sure you've seen the amazingly cute Cooper and Chloe Collections by Bella Blvd. I've had so much fun playing with them. Last week, I designed two larger 6x8 album kits with both lines. But today for my Design Team Project, I wanted to create a shaped album that was just a bit smaller. Soooo ... say hello to my little Dog House Mini!

The album was easy to create. I cut the house shaped back cover and the rectangular front cover and pages out of black chipboard with an craft knife. The house shape is 4.25 x 6.25 inches and the front cover and pages are a little larger than 4x6 inches.

I used pattern papers from the 6x6 Cooper paper pad. The size of these smaller prints was perfect for this little album.

I used lots of the ephemera icon pieces throughout the album. There are so many cute ones! On the page above, I added a little round white mat that would be perfect for a puppy paw picture with all the cute circles.

The bright and cheerful Bella colors are great and are mixed with a touch of brown and black. Nice!

I've made other fun projects with Bella Blvd's, fabulous Cooper Collection. Check out my 6x8 Woof Dog Album, 12x12 Cutest Puppers Dog Layout, Puppy Love Tags, and Thank You Card.

Thanks so much for visiting the blog today. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Birthday Gift Tag Set with Doodlebug Designs

Sometimes I like to pull out a few fun supplies and create something small.  It gives me such a sense of accomplishment, especially when I want to be creative, but don't have a lot of time. Today was one of those days, so I gathered some Doodle Cuts, stickers, and a few scraps of paper and voila ... the cutest little birthday gift tags!

The first thing I did was cut out 12 tags using the Doodle cuts large tag.  I also cut a bunch of colorful little hole reinforcers with Party Time and Hey Cupcake paper.
I had so much fun adding the mini icons to my tags ... they are the perfect size and there are so many stickers!  2 sheets in every pack!
I wanted some of the tags to have cute little borders ... the Doodle Cut borders and edges made this super simple and oh so cute!
That adorable little scallop circle above was cut using the Doodle Cuts Nesting Scallops, and the To: From: is a stamp from the Birthday Boy set.

Can you see how much fun this was to do?  Little tiny individual projects that will come in handy, and be so cute, on the next gifts I wrap!
So grab some Doodle Cuts and some mini icons and have fun making one little tag or twenty! My guess is, you'll have fun making more than that! Tag us and share your projects!  We always want to see what you're creating!

Graduation Inspiration & NEW Instructions - Post #2

Hey guys! As I mentioned yesterday in my graduation post #1, I've got more inspiration to share with you today, and ... I've added some new instructions to the shop for an adorable 12x12 page layout kit!

First, the 12x12 Graduation Layout instructions ...

Graduation Page Layout Instructions

I've just added the instructions for these to my shop. They're easy, step-by-step, and include full color photos of each page.  I designed these cuties with the Doodlebug, Hats Off Collection and they're perfect for your graduate's photos, of ANY age!

Now for some inspiration ...

This cute 6x6 inch Congrats Grad Mini Album was created in 2017 and it was also designed with the Doodlebug Design, Hats Off Collection. I posted all about it and added tons of photos HERE.

Next ... a cute 12x12 graduation layout I made in 2013 that uses the Echo Park, All About A Boy Collection. Not your typical graduation themed paper but that's exactly why I liked it. With a little imagination you can mix and match and use almost any paper line to create a beautiful page. You can see my original post HERE.

Finally, another fun project I made in 2014 with a few Lori Whitlock cutting files. These box cards are so creative for small gifts like jewelry, money or gift cards. To see more pictures and get the product links, click HERE

I hope everyone enjoys creating something wonderful for that special graduate in your life. Give them a memorable, handmade gift to celebrate this milestone. Congratulations to them!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!
