Dream Big Album with Simple Stories

I have loved saving my family memories over the years, and as some of you know, I have two sons, 24 and 28 years old.  As you can imagine, there are a lot of blue pages, sports layouts, and masculine themes in my albums .... until my sweet granddaughter joined the family 22 months ago.  I will continue to document the men in my life, but I'm having so much fun scrapbooking my life with this little princess.
The Dream Big collection was perfect for saving some of my favorite 2018 memories.  I love the colors!
The 2x2 pockets make such a fun page.  I added just one tiny photo on this page, to highlight a special moment between my granddaughter and her uncle.

I used the 12x12 collection pack, including the sticker sheet.  I also used the chipboard stickers, puffy stickers, and Bits & Pieces die cuts.

If you have a little girl in your life, the Dream Big collection is a must have.   Thanks for letting me share with you today!

Travel Memories Scrapbook Album Kit

Hi friends!! Who's doing some summer traveling or has plans to getaway soon?  I love to travel and along the way, I take lots of pictures and save bits of memorabilia. When I get home I have so much fun scrapping my fun adventures. In June, my family traveled to Hilton Head, SC and later this month ... I'll be flying to Utah for a scrapbook retreat with some of my favorite friends.

If you're like me and enjoy fun trips AND scrapping, you're going to love my latest album kit titled Travel Memories. I hope you love it as much as I do ...

To purchase the instructions for this album visit:

I designed this with a navy 6x8 inch Simple Stories binder and the Carta Bella, Pack Your Bags Collection. It's the perfect size for a travel journal and can easily tuck inside your suitcase or carry-on for daily journaling.

Travel Memories Scrapbook Album page with globes, neon signs, and fabulous colors

It has 16 scrapbook pages (8 double-sided) that include several fold-out elements, 2 pockets, and space for at least 38 photos. There are lots of interactive flippies, and spots for creating a fun travel journal.

Travel Memories Scrapbook Album Layout with amazing waterfall pages

I added this pretty waterfall feature that will hold 8 pictures. That's a lot of great photo storage for one page!

Travel Memories Scrapbook Album page with a pocket and journaling cards

Here is one of the pockets. It's great for saving extra photos and memorabilia. These cute 3x4 cards can be used for journaling or as photo mats on the back side.

Sweet Girl Layout with Doodlebug's Hello Collection

For today's project I created a page layout using sweet photos of Rylee's attempt to catch a butterfly. 🦋 Oh, she makes me laugh! I knew the Hello collection would be perfect for this page ... the pink, the tiny flower print paper, and the gold!! Although white and gold are always hard to photograph, hopefully you can get an idea of how pretty the shine on the page really is.

At the bottom of the Hello This & That sheet are several rows of border stickers. That tiny gold dot border was calling my name and I was really glad I had several sheets when I decided to add it all the way around my page. The light pink edge down each side of the flower print is also a border sticker from the same sheet. The adorable flowers in the upper right corner are a DoodlePop (I added the tiny pink bow from the Mini Icon Sheet), and the title is from the Chit Chat die cuts.

For the flowers in the lower left corner, I used a combination of acetate from the Odds & Ends, and enamel shapes from the Beautiful Blossoms assortment. I've listed a bunch of products links below and you can purchase others HERE.

I hope I've inspired you to use multiple border stickers on your next page ... and maybe a pop of gold! Have fun!

12x12 Doggie Layout with Doodlebug

Hello everyone! Today, I'm posting an adorable 12x12 page layout with my granddaughter and this adorable pup, Bella. Rylee has always loved animals, so when my sister brought her poodle to visit I knew Rylee would be so excited and curious!

When I saw these photos, I couldn't wait to document this new friendship. I wanted the background to be blue to match Rylee's beautiful eyes, but I also wanted to create a little more detail around the edge.

I started with a sheet of 12x12 white card stock and adhered some scraps from Doodlebug's So Punny Collection around the edge of the white paper. I cut a sheet of I'm Daisy for You paper to 11.5"x11.5" and adhered it to the center of the base page, then built all of my photos and embellishments on top of that.

Some of the cute odds and ends are from So Punny and others are from the Puppy Love collection. The dog Doodle-pops is called Teenie Weenie dogs.

I used the tiny heart sprinkles on just about everything I create. They are perfect for a sweet, tiny pop of color.

Thanks for stopping by today everyone! I hope I've inspired you with this fun, colorful layout. Happy scrapping!
