May Blog Hop with Lori Whitlock's Creative Team

Welcome to Artsy Albums and your next stop on Lori Whitlock's May Blog Hop!  If you're starting here, be sure to head over to Lori's site to start from the beginning!  I've seen some of the projects the design team has created for you, and you won't want to miss any of them!

For my project, I created a mini album using a few of Lori's summer shapes and the fabulous new paper collection called Summer Bliss that she designed for Echo Park.

Lori's flip flops are so cute, and worked perfectly for the cover of my album.  I cut a hole in my chipboard cover and also added one of Lori's cute scallop circles around the opening.

Lori's chevron circle shape worked perfectly on the inside cover as a sunshine!  Love that one :) In fact, I love this mini so much that I've decided to add it to the Artsy Albums kit collection.  It will be available for purchase in the shop as a DIY kit (or pre made) later this week.

Graduation Cards with Lori Whitlock Designs

Hi everyone... I'm up over on Lori Whitlock's site today with some fun projects to help you congratulate your graduate!

I just love Lori's box cards...and the nice thing about making them for graduation is that you can make them in the graduate's school colors! They are fun and easy to put together, and fold down perfectly for mailing in an A2 size envelope.  Won't they look cute sitting on the graduate's party table or mantel?  And these adorable pop-up box cards also make nice place cards for the graduation dinner table!

I paired one of the cards with a matching gift card box for an easy, but thoughtful gift.  Just cut three simple pieces from the Silhouette, adhere the pieces and tuck in a gift card -- super easy and what a nice presentation!  Lori is a genius (smile).

Thanks for visiting the blog today...and if you know of a high school or college (or even kindergarten!) student that is graduating...have fun creating these for them!
