Hi everyone! Today, I'm sharing the third project that I created for the Marvy Uchida catalogue using one of their fabulous punches. I shared my Thank You Card and Tag Shaped Mini Album already. Now it's time for my 12x12 Happy Birthday Scrapbook Layout that's filled with bright colors and fun pattern papers!

I made this with the Marvy Uchida Clever Lever Mega square punch (pink one) and the Bella Blvd, Birthday Bash Collection (links below). I love all the cute prints in this collection and thought this design would really allow me to feature them all.
To start, I used the 12x12 print titled Burst as the base. Then, I cut a white sheet of Bazzill cardstock to 11.5" x 11.5" and layered that on top.

Next, I used the punch to cut out 21 squares that measure 1 3/4" each. I divided the page in half diagonally and arranged the squares in rows. This kept the page simple and ... appealed to my need for organization and symmetry. Win, win! 😂

To finish the page, I added the birthday cake and star die cuts from the Birthday Bash ephemera. The larger cake has a tall candle in the center so I added one of Doodlebug's mini jewels to it for a little sparkle.
