Sweet Summer Radio Scrapbook Album

Hey scrappers! Today, I'm sharing a really fun mini album that I made in the shape of a cute little radio. I grew up in Florida during the 80's and spent most of my weekends at the beach with a book and a radio. Of course, we called it a boom box back then and it wasn't as cute as this one but, oh ... those days were fun!

Adorable, right?! The idea of this came from Doodlebug's Sweet Summer Collection. I loved the cute radio cut file so I enlarged it, added lots of fun papers, a few sprinkles, and turned it into a mini album!

Inside, I covered each page with 12x12 pattern papers from the Sweet Summer Collection and some colorful petite prints. I used the smaller 6x6 prints for the photo mats and added lots of cute embellishments.

For my pocket page, I cut the little mini cards from the 6x6 paper pad and lined them up across the front. Then I added a few of the larger cards inside. These are great to use for journaling or as photo mats.

I also added envelopes and cards from the summer assortment pack on some of the pages. These make wonderful places to store photos, notes, and memorabilia.
